OWNERSHIP AND BOARD

Sentek Pty Ltd is a South Australian private company incorporated under Australian law. It has approximately 19 shareholders, many of whom are involved in agriculture and were original investors of the company.

Sentek has a Board of five Directors.

Chairman

Andrew Lacey originally joined the Sentek Pty Ltd Board to represent the interests of a group of growers who had provided working capital to enable Sentek to implement its plans for product commercialisation. He became Chairman of Sentek in late 1994. Andrew is an almond grower and industry advisor and sits on various industry related boards, including Almondco Australia Limited, Sunraysia Rural Water Authority and the Waite Almond Research Foundation.

Company Secretary / Director

Donald Stephens is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Advisor, with over 20 years experience in the accounting industry. He is currently a Director of Mithril Resources Ltd, a listed public company, and Company Secretary to a number of other listed public companies. He also holds directorships with various private companies and provides corporate advisory services to a wide range of corporations. Donald is an Independent Director of Sentek Pty Ltd and has sat on the Sentek Board since its incorporation in 1991.

Directors

John Crase was formerly a Partner with the international accounting firm, KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University of Adelaide and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Tim Waterhouse was formerly MD/CEO of Sentek, from 2000 to 2007. Prior to this Tim was a Senior Executive at Telstra and in the South Australian Government. Tim has a Degree in Electronic Engineering, an MBA, is a graduate of the Australian Administrative Staff College at Mt Eliza, Victoria and of the Company Director's course. He is also a Director of the Cooperative Research Centre for Irrigation Futures and the Water Industry Alliance Inc.

Keith Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed additional studies in Business Administration. His entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving through the application of hi-tech solutions has focused his career on the areas of engineering design/application, defence preparedness and remote reconnaissance applications for petroleum exploration; he has founded and managed a number of private companies involved in these pursuits throughout his career. He is currently a Director of several private companies.
